About me | Acerca de mim
Born and raised in Galiza (a stateless nation
in Northwestern Spain), I am a queer researcher, editor and
defender of minority and endangered languages. Currently, I am part of the Arts and Humanities Studies at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), Barcelona, as a PhD student on Critical Sociolinguistics. Since September 2024 I am also a Portuguese language instructor at the Galician public school system of Escolas Oficiais de Idiomas (EOI).
Nascide e criade na Galiza, uma nação sem estado no noroeste da Espanha, sou pesquisadore queer,
editore e defensore das línguas menorizadas e ameaçadas. Na atualidade, faço
parte dos Estudos de Artes e Humanidades da Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), Barcelona, como estudante de doutoramento em sociolinguística crítica. Desde setembro de 2024, sou professore de Português no sistema público de Escolas Oficiais de Idiomas (EOI) na Xunta de Galicia.
